Which states do you deliver cabinets to?
Aristokraft and Mantra deliver to most of the United States. Pioneer delivers within Washington State. Diamond and OMEGA deliver to all U.S. states. Share your selected brand and ZIP code to confirm coverage. Delivery is in-home to a common area, and the delivery fee is included in your quoted cost. View lead times and policies.
Where in Washington do you install cabinets?
Installation inquiries are welcome for Tacoma, Seattle, Bellevue, Pierce County and the greater Puget Sound region. Availability depends on the project location and scope, so please send your address for confirmation.
How do I choose a door style and finish?
In the Live Cabinet Previewer, choose a cabinet brand first, then one of its door styles, then a color offered for that style. For example, Pioneer Slim Shaker offers Cream White and Oak in the current previewer. Before you choose a color, the style appears in a Natural concept preview; that is not a selected finish. Confirm the final product and color with a physical sample before ordering.
What should I send to request pricing?
Share your project location and ZIP code, the room or rooms involved, approximate measurements or plans, photos if you have them, and any preferred cabinet brands, door styles or colors. We can discuss what additional details are needed.
When does my delivery lead time begin?
Lead times begin when the manufacturer sends its order acknowledgment to Creative Design Group and estimate delivery to your location. View brand lead times and exceptions.
What are the payment and special-order policies?
Payment in full is required before ordering. Special-order items are final sale, with no returns or credits. Read order verification and damage-reporting requirements.
Where will my cabinets be delivered?
Cabinet delivery is in-home to a common area. Provide your project location and product choices so we can confirm delivery arrangements for your order.
